We want you to love your Spicy style, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached and free from any signs of wear.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Spice Girls tags and labels are intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
